Needed a taxi very last minute as emergency antibiotics needed collecting before 8 pm, My car is being mended. I Called Streetwise taxi just before 7 pm this evening. I spoke to Liz who explained it was her day off, but was happy to help me, she had a few bits to sort in the office & would be 20 mins. Liz called me when she was on her way. She went out of her way tonight to help me. She went above and beyond. We had such a laugh all the way there and back. I felt safe, comfortable & relaxed.
